“Once upon a Clyde” was created and devised with a community group in Govan. It tells the story of Govan ship workers who stand up to the boss to fight for their rights (as well as their “coupins” and bairns)!
“Once upon a Clyde” toured six different community venues including a children’s primary school. The project has helped to develop the participants’ performance skills as well as skills in working with others, independence and confidence. From this project some participants have progressed and joined Loop’s performance company and have been given mentoring opportunities.
